I provide First Line Support within Darwin. This role comes with many roles and responsibilities; varying across most topics within the IT sector.
I deal with management of user accounts which interlinks with the creation & configuration of Office 365 elements; including mailboxes and Office licensing.
Alongside the creation of a new user profile comes the task of entering key data to ensure the Exclaimer Cloud signature for that user is correctly structured and the data input is accurate.
In terms of first line support; this includes all of the following:-
*Office 365 mailboxes & licensing
*Microsoft 2016 Productivity Suite
All of the above are raised either through email or face-to-face with myself in which I log the ticket on our ticketing system by assigning the appropriate priority levels, time frames and notes relevant to the ticket.
