You will work at the intersection of technology, processes, and consulting, contributing your integrative understanding and technical expertise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"477\"><strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"475\">Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1naxb9j\" data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"610\">Lead complex customer projects focusing on system architecture and integration of SAP SuccessFactors in hybrid HR-IT landscapes.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zpa7y5\" data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"817\">Design and implement interfaces between SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., SAP HCM, time management, payroll, non-SAP systems) using technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and CPI.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1w4bjzh\" data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"950\">Collaborate in workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define optimal system architecture and integration solutions.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"we7oe7\" data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1089\">Support migration projects, particularly from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors, focusing on data modeling, mapping, and transformation logic.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"oa4cry\" data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1185\">Assist sales teams with effort estimation and scoping for integration and migration topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1205\"><strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1203\">Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"2023\">\n<li data-section-id=\"o4u6a5\" data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1315\">Strong professional experience in SAP HR environments (on-premise &amp; cloud) with hybrid system landscapes.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8s8ol8\" data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1488\">Deep technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Core Hybrid via SAP Integration Suite\/CPI\/BTP, Compound API, OData API, and related technologies.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1j1dbd8\" data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1620\">Understanding of HR data structures and flows, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, platform services, and SAP HCM.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jfdufc\" data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1741\">Technical consulting expertise in SAP HCM (PA\/OM, PT, PY); knowledge of Web Dynpro, Fiori, and HR Renewal is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cznhoe\" data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1821\">Solid understanding of SAP authorizations, SAP Basis, and ABAP development.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4pupvm\" data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1888\">Willingness to travel for national and international projects.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16w6fbv\" data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1946\">Fluent in German and English;
