About the Opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are currently supporting a leading global consultancy<\/strong> in their search for an experienced SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant<\/strong> to join their Zurich-based team.<\/p>\n

Our client is a trusted advisor to enterprise organisations undergoing complex HR digital transformations. As part of their continued expansion in the DACH region, they are looking for a functional\/technical consultant to lead the implementation of SmartRecruiters’ ATS platform<\/strong> for high-profile clients across various sectors.<\/p>\n

\n

The Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle implementation<\/strong> of SmartRecruiters – from discovery to go-live. You’ll work closely with client HR, TA, and IT teams to configure the system to their needs and ensure a seamless rollout that aligns with business goals.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead and deliver SmartRecruiters implementations across enterprise clients.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct discovery workshops to define client requirements and map recruiting processes.<\/li>\n
  • Configure and optimise SmartRecruiters modules (Job Posting, Interview Workflow, Offer Management, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate integrations with HRIS, payroll, and third-party tools.<\/li>\n
  • Run UAT, user training sessions, and post-go-live support.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u2705 Ideal Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3+ years’ experience implementing SmartRecruiters.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Deep knowledge of recruitment workflows, talent acquisition<\/strong>, and HR systems.<\/li>\n
    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with system configuration, workflow design, and data migration.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to troubleshoot, support change requests, and advise on best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Language Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Fluent German<\/strong> (spoken and written) – essential<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Fluent English – required for working in international project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n

        Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • SmartRecruiters Certification (preferred but not essential).<\/li>\n
        • Experience with API-based integrations and HR tech ecosystems.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR in recruitment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
