Role: HR IT Change Manager
Industry: Global Manufacturer
When: ASAP for 6 months, ext. thereafter
Location: North Germany, on site 3 x every other week
This global customer are introducing a new HR system into their business, so look to bring in an experienced IT change Manager who can oversee this change
Essential skills:
- Strong experience as a Change Manager (Both IT Change Management, with exposure to driving organisational change
- Having completed at least 1 Global HR IT program as a Change Manager (Ideally ServiceNow, open to other systems)
- Fluent English and strong communication
- Able to create content, videos, assets with initiative, ideally the right candidate will be able to do this with their OWN set up/studio
- Based in the EU and able to travel
