Position Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities for this role encompass:
- Designing high-performance, energy-efficient embedded SRAM systems using advanced technologies.
- Contributing to the development, characterization, and verification of memory compilers.
Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- A proven track record in the development of SRAM designs.
- A solid grasp of high-performance and low-power circuit designs, particularly in the context of FinFet technologies.
- Exposure to the entire SRAM memory design cycle, including compiler development, is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills:
In addition to the core qualifications, the following skills and experiences are considered advantageous:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Tcl.
- Previous experience working with CMOS processes at nodes below 22nm.
