Program Manager Information Security

We are seeking a Program Manager specialised within Information Security for a global market leader located in Amsterdam. Below more information about the project.

Responsibilities

· As a member of a specialized team consisting of Program and Project Managers, this position involves the supervision of one or more comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing our cybersecurity and digital protection measures. These programs have been strategically crafted to bolster security defenses, mitigate risks, and align with global security priorities.

· The Program Manager's role entails creating a cohesive framework that encompasses program planning, governance, and proactive progress monitoring.

· They are tasked with leading a team of professionals and/or junior managers, offering guidance, support, and solutions to tackle challenges and ensure that the program remains in sync with our organization's strategic objectives.

· The primary focus is on program strategy, governance, project delegation, and ensuring that all interconnected elements work in harmony to achieve the intended goals.

· The roadmap for this endeavor is already in place.

· All decisions and actions are guided by clearly defined objectives and resource availability, with the recognition that the projects within the program contribute to the overarching business goal of enhancing data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security.

· The Program Manager holds the authority to allocate resources and formulate policies within their area of responsibility.

· Their role involves establishing and aligning projects with the overarching benefits of cyber, risk management, and information security programs, fostering unity among project teams, including those in charge of data privacy.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

· Used to be part of a global team in an international environment.

· Good understanding of Information Security.

· Experience with global rollout programs.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Offer

· 1-2 days onsite in Amsterdam.

· 12 months + possible extension.
