Support Analyst – SAP PP

Are you experienced in SAP S/4 HANA with knowledge of flexible planning, MRP Live, demand management, and other related processes? Do you possess expertise in SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI solutions, covering areas such as master recipes, production scheduling, capacity planning, subcontracting, and batch management? Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership of support tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to business process improvements?

I'm looking for someone who...

* Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more SAP modules, with S/4HANA experience.

* Demonstrates deep knowledge of S4 HANA, SAP MRP, SAP PP, flexible planning, intercompany stock transfer planning, and other relevant processes.

* Possesses strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI solutions, with proficiency in working with process messages, master recipes, PI sheets, production execution using MES interfaces, production scheduling, capacity planning, and more.

* Has experience in process manufacturing and familiarity with integration points with SAP QM, SAP EWM, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using middleware like PI/PO.

* Assuming full ownership of support tickets within the respective process area and collaborating with integration, development teams, and third-party support providers to resolve them within agreed service level limits

* Providing best practice solutions and assessing downstream impacts on integrated solutions in SAP PP.

* Working occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or shifts as needed to meet support service level agreements.
