Job Description:

I'm looking to speak with a highly motivated and aspiring Junior Project Developer/Project Acquisition Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and acquiring infrastructure projects in the Polish market that align with the company's vision of a sustainable future. As a key member of the team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and already proven success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, developing, and acquiring infrastructure projects by collaborating with various team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential project opportunities, keeping an eye on industry trends and emerging prospects.
• Support the financial modeling and analysis process to assess project feasibility.
• Assist with due diligence activities, including legal, financial, and technical assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Work with senior team members to coordinate and manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in infrastructure development and investment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project development, project acquisition, or related roles in the infrastructure or renewable energy sector.
• Some knowledge and experience of the Polish wind and solar markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Polish.
