Our client is a leading Swiss based solar company, operating mainly in the Romandie region, providing photovoltaic solutions to both individuals and prestigious companies. They are now looking to add an Administrative Manager to their team.

What will you be doing?

• Efficient Document Management: oversee the document flow with involved stakeholders, ensure contract lifecycle management.
• Draft and maintain required internal documentation.
• Assist in activities related to company governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignments.
• Manage and attain authorisation for planning permits from city administrations.

What do you bring?

• Previous experience in solar administration roles.
• Fluent in French with other languages a bonus.
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills for record and file management.
• Ability to work independently, confidently, and in alignment with set objectives.
• Well organized, can prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative and a strong team player.
