I'm looking for someone who...

* Holds a degree in IT or equivalent qualification.

* Possesses substantial management experience with proven change management competencies.

* Has extensive professional background in various SAP modules, including SD, MM, QM, PP, WM, FI, and CO.

* Has hands-on experience in managing S/4HANA migration projects.

* Demonstrates adeptness in handling complex IT projects and operational responsibilities.

* Exhibits excellent team and customer orientation skills.

* Ideally, is familiar with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, etc.).

* Has exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

* Takes an independent, structured, and result-oriented approach to work.

* Has a proficient command of both spoken and written English and German.

Who is interested in...

* Overseeing and leading a team responsible for SAP modules, module development, and basic operations.

* Collaborating on the evolution of the SAP IT strategy and team structure.

* Managing the S/4HANA migration project from an IT perspective.

* Serving as a central point of contact for higher-level SAP matters.

* Taking charge of service provider management.

* Conducting daily activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

* Ensuring team capacity planning and monitoring of resources used in projects.
