Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (German-speaking)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients. This role will focus on delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring Dynamics 365 meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, or relevant modules).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Dynamics 365 systems.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
• Ensure best practices, documentation, and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or HR.
• Experience in configuring workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Previous experience in consulting or large-scale implementations.
