Wind Turbine Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Engineering Design: Lead and contribute to the engineering design of offshore wind turbine systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of wind turbine projects, from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed wind turbine projects, considering technical, environmental, and economic factors.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, researching and implementing innovative technologies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of wind turbine systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, environmental specialists, and technicians, to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee the integrity and performance of wind turbine installations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in the design and engineering of wind turbine systems, particularly in offshore environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools. Experience with structural analysis and design is highly desirable.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with a focus on finding and implementing cutting-edge solutions in wind energy engineering.
