SECURITY ARCHITECT (LINUX / ANDROID OPERATIONS)

100% remote working conditions

This German automotive manufacturer are utilising cutting edge connectivity technology in their ECU's and information entertainment systems which naturally includes critical security challenges.

This Security Architect position contributes to raising the security standards across both the security team and the software engineering teams who are building these connected car parts.

Who are we searching for?

• Since the information entertainment system is built on Android, we must hire a person who deeply knowledgable in Linux systems.
• We are NOT looking for an Android application security expert, we need a person who is deeply familiar with the Android operations layer. A person who understands how the Linux Kernel works for example, and can explain why FM-Verity works in some projects is probably having the right Linux know-how.
• A Defensive security mindset, not an offensive mindset
• Ability to act as an internal security consultant to your dev peers
• Familiarity with either the STRIDE or TARA threat modelling methodologies
