About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join a leading digital transformation partner in Zurich. This is a key, high-impact role responsible for defining and guiding enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions for global clients.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping platform strategy, overseeing complex implementations, and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall ServiceNow architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and digital transformation goals.
• Define end-to-end technical designs, integrations, and implementation frameworks across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM, and CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance frameworks, and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
• Oversee the design of integrations with third-party and legacy systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, Active Directory).
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client workshops as a trusted technical advisor.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow innovations (AI, Now Assist, Flow Designer, App Engine) and promote continuous platform improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory.
• Proven experience (8+ years) delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and solution design.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and managing complex data models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in EnglishGerman is an advantage.
