We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of a pharmaceutical facility construction project. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Oversee the installation of critical pharmaceutical equipment and infrastructure.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards, cleanroom construction, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
