About: This customer are migrating from a legacy ITSM tool to ServiceNow. For this reason, they look to bring in a ServiceNow consultant who can guide them on this journey and consult on best practices to ensure a successful transformation
Essential skills:
- 1-2 Projects completed within ServiceNow ITSM, guiding customers on the introduction of ServiceNow ITSM
- Fluent English
