What will you do?
* Generate leads and build customer relationships.
* Select and qualify IT candidates.
* Gather job specifications from various end clients.
* Negotiate with clients and candidates regarding fees, salaries, and job openings.
* Provide advice to candidates and clients.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z (both client and candidate sides).
* Use Social Media tools to build your network.
* Keep developing yourself through tailored coaching and guidance from experienced recruiters with over 10 years of experience.
Who are we looking for?
* Someone with sales and/or recruitment experience.
* Someone who thinks commercially in terms of opportunities.
* Someone skilled at building relationships (with clients and candidates).
* Someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment.
* Someone who is proactive, driven, and has no 9-to-5 mentality.
* Someone who is responsible for their own portfolio and can expand it into a success.
