My client is the leading solar park operator in Germany with more than 300 MWp capacity. With 16 years of expertise in sustainable solar parks and renewable energy systems, including battery storage we embrace tech and digitization for future growth.
My client is seeking a skilled Technical Manager to oversee the development and operation of our new Solar PV Park. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects, ensuring seamless construction, and efficient maintenance of the park. Your expertise will be critical in maximizing energy generation and optimizing system performance. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving the park's success while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key Skills Needed:
- Solar PV Expertise: In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices to ensure efficient park design and performance.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage projects from planning to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during construction or operation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and safety standards related to solar energy projects.
- Team Leadership: Effective leadership skills to manage a team of technicians and support staff efficiently.
- German speaking essential
