Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Provide GMP guidance to the technology department
- Process and approve deviation reports, assess change controls
- Manage the CAPA system and approve measures
- Assist the quality assurance team with general QA tasks in natural cosmetics
- Prioritize GMP compliance while adhering to internal quality guidelines
Qualifications:
- Degree in pharmaceutical technology, food nutrition and hygiene technology or equivalent
- Experience with quality assurance systems in GMP and/or ISO standard 22 716
- Proficient in standard office programs (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
- Independent, team-oriented, and communicative with a solid work ethic
- Quick comprehension, high reliability, and a penchant for diverse tasks
- Resilience, assertiveness, and a keen eye for quality
- Affinity for nature, health, sustainability, and an interest in complementary medicine and anthroposophical thought
