The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading Swiss consultancy seeking a Senior IT Business Consultant – D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to play a key role in enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

This position sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, supporting clients in optimising financial and supply chain processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, finance leaders, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable, future-ready ERP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & SCM implementation projects
• Advise clients on business process optimisation across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain
• Translate business requirements into functional solution design
• Run executive workshops and steer stakeholder alignment
• Support system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout transformation journeys

Your Profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Strong background in ERP implementation and business consulting
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills
• Experience working in Swiss or DACH markets is highly desirable
