As the Head of Solar, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong technical leadership to the team, leading by example.
  • Expanding and strengthening the team by attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry.
  • Spearheading the internationalization of our business by collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and analyze worldwide project opportunities.
  • Actively developing and transforming opportunities into successful ventures.
  • Working closely with the building department to bring projects to life.
  • Managing the grid connection process.
  • Ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team.
