At the heart of our success lies the "Network Engineering" Competence Center - a hub of expertise in network technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, NextGen Firewall, VPN, and web security. As the leader of this center, you'll bring together the best minds in the field, equipping our business units with the knowledge and capable individuals they need to meet customer demands. You'll ensure the continuous growth and refinement of specialized skills through ongoing employee training and development.

Your Responsibilities:

In your role as Head of Competence Center "Network Engineering," you'll take on a people-centric leadership role. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with business unit leaders to align your team's operations with long-term goals.

- Managing budget planning, personnel recruitment, and knowledge/skills management.

- Conducting regular personnel discussions and overseeing performance assessments and reporting.

- Coaching and mentoring your team while actively participating in the center's activities as a Senior Network Engineer.

- Establishing and upholding standards within the Competence Center, fostering stakeholder relationships, and driving the center's growth and maintenance.
