About the job

You get to work in an interdisciplinary team together with competent and committed people. With us, we take ownership of the solutions we develop, with end-to-end responsibility. We follow the development from problem solving and analysis to development, production setting and production follow-up. You get to work with a well-functioning, fully automated DevOps concept that goes into production 20 times every single day. There are no heavy release processes or complicated approval processes here.

About you

We believe you are committed and care about customers, users and colleagues. You are really allowed to do that with us! You want to work closely with other departments, like to communicate and work well with others. Our working language is Norwegian, but you must be able to communicate well in English as well.

Do you have extensive experience as a developer? That's great! Regardless, you must be hungry to develop yourself and learn more about both technology and insurance. If you are an architect or tech lead it is an advantage.

Our solutions are mostly developed in C# and JavaScript, but if you are the one we are looking for, there is no problem in quickly getting into the way we work. By the way, are you curious about F# and Elm? We use that.
