SAP team lead – Logistics

Position Overview:

As a SAP Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in our retail organisation, overseeing and guiding a dedicated team of internal and external SAP consultants. Your expertise in logistics will be pivotal as you lead them through various high-impact projects, including the implementation of a new Point of Sale (POS) system and a migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support when needed to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of internal and external SAP consultants, fostering collaboration and delivering results.
• Provide expertise in logistics to support the implementation of a new POS system.
• Drive the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Take an active, hands-on role in solving complex SAP-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the logistics domain.
• Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends, continuously enhancing the team's capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Team Lead, with a strong background in logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, particularly SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
