We are currently supporting a leading consultancy client who is seeking an experienced Nonprofit Consultant to join their expert team. This opportunity involves supporting major Swiss nonprofit organisations through large-scale digital transformation programmes, including migration from legacy systems to modern Salesforce platforms.

This role requires strong nonprofit domain experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in German (C2/native level preferred).

Key Details:
Location: Zurich (preferred) or Hamburg
Engagement type: 100%
Working model: Hybrid preferred
Contract type: 24 months

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working within the nonprofit sector
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit business processes and digital transformation
  • Experience guiding organisations from legacy systems to new Salesforce platforms
  • Stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-organised, ownership-driven, collaborative
  • Fluent German (C2 or native level required)
Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
