Senior Project Manager needed in Rotterdam (Dutch Speaker)

For a client of mine, I am actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager for their Development team. This pivotal role involves spearheading various projects within the development landscape, encompassing the establishment of companies and the realization of critical infrastructure and real estate. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in project development, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that contribute to regional growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of projects, including commercial and technical aspects, business case development, agreement, permit, and contract handling, ensuring the safe realization of projects.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration for the responsible and secure execution of projects.
• Provide accountability to the Project Board, reporting on project progress and key milestones.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in real estate project development and realization.
• Demonstrable knowledge of commerce, process management, project management, and safety within projects.
• Effective and results-oriented leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Affinity with the development field, with the ability to translate industry developments and innovations to project strategies.
• Experience with civil infrastructure, installation technology, and ICT infrastructure.
• Dutch Fluency is a must, other languages will be a plus
