Job description:

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to advise customers and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Apache NiFi, Splunk, and Elastic.
  • Experience in handling 1st and 2nd level support tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to document requests and solutions accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo further training in the relevant technologies.
  • Experience in managing incidents and tracking service requests.
  • Knowledge of escalation processes and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectivel
