Key skills and Experience required
- Teach teams to setup agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and methodologies by following principles of Lean and Agility
- Help to develop new workshops, training's, whilst ensuring existing ones remain relevant and suit the client's ways of working
- 3 YEARS + Freelance experience
- You have strong communication skills in German (fluent in spoken and written)
- Advise and coach senior leadership and key stakeholders to analyze current business performance & targets, systems & processes, and design a strategy for the adoption of agile practices
