Application Security Engineer

For a global leader we are looking for an Application Security Engineer. You will be working with the application development teams to ensure that the applications we develop and build meet all relevant security requirements. On a day to day basis you will work with application development teams to ensure that they have the right set up and tools to efficiently adhere to security by design practices. You will provide them with guidelines on the security requirements and will support analyzing the threat model and how it translates in measures to ensure the application is secure.

You are capable of managing meetings with all kinds of stakeholders (business, marketing, global IT). You will work closely with other CoEs in the organization, and with our Operating Companies to orchestrate security in the solution that we deliver.

Tasks

· Ensure the setup and implementation of a secure development ecosystem within the organization.

· Evaluate the performance of development teams in relation to Security by Design.

· Working with internal and external stakeholders on all levels to map security requirements and support integrating them in the designs and products.

· Ensuring security by design in the architectural design patterns.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

· 5+ years of experience in a global corporate environment.

· Experience with web security and security applications.

· Experience with salesforce is a plus.

· Experience in complex stakeholder management.

Offer

· Start asap.

· 6 months with possible extension.

· You can work remote, but you have to live in the Netherlands.

· 32-40 hours per week.
