What you'll be doing
- Define tech quality requirements, Accountability to meet defined tech KPIs, Oversee & manage documentation, Build and coach agile development teams, Oversee & manage visibility for stakeholders, Enable visibility for stakeholders, Set the tech vision & strategy, Share tech vision, Create tech vision, Technical assessment interview development candidates.
- Create, execute and monitor tech plan, Responsibility for quality of tech workflows, Develop and grow tech team craftsmanship, Cross product innovation, Innovate game concepts, Innovate software solutions, Innovate software features, Develop and maintain VCS strategies
- Lead tech direction and oversee architecture, Oversee & manage tests and testing environment, Oversee & manage functional diagrams, Oversee & manage high level software diagrams, Oversee & manage quality assurance & staging environment, Strategic planning, Oversee & manage CI/CD environment, Document systems & subsystems, Oversee & manage base code, Oversee & manage tool chain, Oversee & manage software stack, Oversee & manage legacy systems
