Chief Technology Officer / Köln

• A start-up company who are leveraging AI/ML & Blockchain technologies to help the professional services industry.
• Strive for competitive advantage for the business by implementing new technologies and trends.
• Design & develop a technology strategy & architecture in line with business objectives.
• Take complete ownership of technology roadmap and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure functionality, stability, and efficiency of the current applications and system infrastructure
• Foster engineering culture based on agile values and technical excellence in a mainly remote and international context
• Responsibility and control of KPIs, SLAs, and IT budgets for planning and evaluation of IT performance
• Management of critical legacy systems and planning related to modernization or replacement
• Passion to present the company and its leading technology with customers, partners and in other external situations
• Ability to build a world-class team leveraging international resources, external partners and modern ways of collaboration and co-development
