Senior Data Engineer opportunity - Germany
Darwin Recruitment are partnered with and logistics company who are looking to revolutionise the sector. This product allows companies to manage the full lifecycle of a logistics project all in one simple to use application.
We are looking for a Data Engineer to develop the core blueprint of the platform and ensure it's ready for the growth of the business. You will be responsible for the Data Platform end-to-end and mentoring our growing team.
The role itself:
- Build and maintaining our Data Stack
- Take full responsibility of the companies Data.
- Manage our data infrastructure.
- Develop new tools for our user and the internal team.
- Maintain and extend platform and process documentation.
- Contribute to architecture decisions.
Our Tech-Stack:
- PostgreSQL, S3, Dagster, Airbyte, Docker, AWS, Python, Django, React, BPMN
Your profile:
- 5+ years software/Data Engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of building data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of DevOps
- Cloud experience
- Excellent knowledge of Python
- Keen to learn.
- Happy to work in a small team
- Based in Germany
- Fluency in English and German
