Key Information:

Job Title: Network Engineer

Working Hours: Part-Time - 20 Hours P/W

Remote Possibility: Fully Remote

Location: Lower Saxony

Contract Length - ASAP - 30/06/2023 (Chance of Extension)

Language Skills: Must be Fluent in German

Description:

- Preparing the operational takeover for wired and wireless network devices at the end customers sites

- Implementation of the operational takeover for wired and wireless network devices at the end customers sites

- configurating switches, firewalls as part of the operational takeover

- Integration of the WLAN controllers and firewalls (+ captive portal )

- Test/troubleshooting/debugging

Skills:

* Professional experience in IT networks and network security at CCNP level

* Experience in operating complex network environments (Layer 2 and Layer 3)

* Experience in planning work packages

* Knowledge of operating CISCO (switches) and Juniper products (firewall), additional experience with WLAN products (Cisco)

* Knowledge of Cisco ACI is beneficial

* Knowledge of Cisco ISE in conjunction with cloud-based clients is beneficial

* Knowledge of ITIL and process-oriented work
