Darwin Recruitment are currently hiring on behalf of a successful consultancy in Stockholm who was founded in 2014 and currently operates at 40+ employees. This consultancy's first customer was Apoteket, which was followed by among others, Tele2, If, Clear Channel and the Catholic Church. The company began through the owners having a shared vision "IT As It Should Be". This vision was brought about by the fact that both founders had experienced companies that treated both employees and customers inadequately, which inevitably led to failed projects and employees who had taken sick leave. With the power of vision, they wanted to change this and build a workplace that was so good that they themselves wanted to work there, where employees could reach their full potential and deliver true customer value rather than hours worked. The business in 2018 had amounted sales of 43 million+ Sek with healthy profitability.
In 2018, they were certified in quality and environment in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. A clear sign that the business delivers with quality and takes responsibility for the environmental impact the company stands for. Another milestone in 2018 was they were awarded 10th place on the Great Place To Works list of the best workplaces in Sweden.
