We are a Norwegian cloud storage service for both private use and businesses. The service lets you securely copy, synchronize, save and share files from all of your devices. These files will be safely stored on environmentally friendly servers in Norway or in countries with equivalent or even more rigorous privacy laws.

Firms based in the US might be forced to hand over their stored information to the authorities. No one will get access to the data stored with us. Founded in 2008, today we are located in central Oslo and consist of 27 employees. The "cloud" is the term used to denote storing and sharing files on the internet. We can dig into the details on such a role. We don't have any huge requirements regarding the tech spec nor seniority - other than experience with Java development is pretty much a must. Being an skilled programmer and with a great interest/motivation for programming and tech-world is important though. We are a fairly small tech-product company the mindset of building a product instead of just "doing assigned tasks" is also quite important, and it's hence a position where the candidates would get a lot of responsibility, ownership and impact on both the product, prioritisation and the technology we use. Tech stack the candidate would meet is:

Tech stack (Backend): Java, Golang, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Tech stack (Frontend): Typescript, React, Storybook
