This client is building the technology that underpins the future of Fintech products. Born out of one of the world's most prestigious start-up accelerators in 2020, they're product is already used by thousands of companies globally.
The business is entering a stage of hypergrowth and are hiring a Head Of Product to spearhead the growth and maximise the success of the product department.
The founding team are based in Berlin - but they can offer flexible working conditions.
Your tasks include:
- Working with the leadership team to define product vision and strategy
- Introduce product management best practices, which will work at scale
- Engage with users to validate new product ideas efficiently
- Focus on creating powerful user experience in close collaboration with engineers and designers
- Staying up to date with market advances, and the competitive landscape
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience as a hands-on product manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- The ability to build a high-performing team
- Experience in a fast-paced scale up environment
- Has domain knowledge in Machine Learning, or Intelligent Decision Making
