About the Role

As Head Strategy for CTOO, you will work closely with the Tech and Operations teams, and the Senior Leadership team to help define,articulate and support corporate strategy for the region. You will frame and analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities and partner with the line managers to drive execution, governance and communication. You will work collaboratively across the business to inform and influence decision making, ensuring alignment of tactical decision with the strategic objectives of the business.

As part of this role, you will undertake a broad range of initiatives (often of a highly sensitive nature) and assist the CTO prepare for and communicate with key stakeholders throughout iptiQ and the Swiss Re group.

About You

  • 10+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent work experience in a data-driven environment
  • Strong understanding and experience of developing technology strategies and delivering presentations to senior business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and team management, ability to take on ambiguous tasks and shape it into work packages working in collaboration with the tech SMEs and other functions
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities gained through leading largescale, high impact strategy assignments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
  • Highly motivated, collaborative and capable of working across the organization, including senior business leaders and offshore colleagues
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and working in a complex, fast moving and entrepreneurial organization
