We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join the team of our client to manage the delivery of IT services for our clients' projects. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will have experience with infrastructure and Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of IT services for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs, XLA's, and KPI's.
- Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure, including data centers, cloud systems, and networks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and management of expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT service delivery management roles
- Experience with infrastructure and cloud projects, data centers, and network management.
- Experience with SLA's, XLA's, KPI's, and monitoring tools.
- Strong vendor management skills and experience negotiating vendor contracts.
