- Data-driven further development and professionalization of online marketing channels
- Planning, implementation and reporting of performance goals
- Carrying out A / B testing etc.
- Ensuring flawless reporting and monitoring using Google Analytics / other BI tools
- Creation and optimization of sales funnels and implementation of customer journey analyzes for the purpose of touch-point optimization
- Management of external agencies
- Cross-team coordination for the implementation of specific marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the further development of the overall performance marketing in cooperation with the other marketing team
- Development of recommendations for action for the management team and the executive board
- Budget responsibility for certain marketing channels
What you bring with you:
- Completion of a higher education in business administration or digital marketing (bachelor, technical college or university)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of performance / digital marketing / digital marketing agency (SEA, social media advertising) with proof of performance
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing platforms such as Google Analytics / Google Ads / FB Business Manager, experience with other BI tools valuable
- Data analytics experience and html knowledge
- Holistic view in the area of e-commerce
- Good German and English skills are a must, French skills are an advantage
- Project management experience
