- Talk to stakeholders about future features of the web presence
- Translate stakeholder wishes into user stories
- Helping an editor to publish their video
- Discuss and define with the campaign team how to cross-link content across digital channels according to chosen marketing mix
- Explaining to a manager why User Experience and a user-centered approach are essential in today's digital world
- Lead a PoC workshop with UX consultant, designer, front- and back-end to solve a user need
Your requirements:
- Proven experience as a B2B webmaster and Product Owner or agile online project manager
- Expert knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- Experience with website management tools, Drupal experience is a plus
- Method competence and passion for user personas and user journey/user story creation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with and ability to train and lead virtual, internationally distributed teams of web editors
- Good communication skills in English and German
