Job Responsibilities:

* Produce and maintain project/operational plans

* Document plans in logical and understandable way

* Monitor and maintain plans by following up with task owners on daily basis

* Solve complex planning problems with help of content experts where required

* Produce clear and concise status reports for various levels of the organisation

* Facilitate meetings and produce meeting minutes

* Support stakeholder management

Skills and knowledge:

* General understanding of Finance IT and Business processes - general understanding of financial accounting (ideally IFRS 17/9) and how finance subledger operational teams operate

* Experience of working in large and complex projects/programmes, rollouts and operational setups

* Ability to work independently and manage own time

* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, ServiceNow
