We are currently seeking a Software Engineer ServiceNow to help us create a new CMDB and service portfolio based on ServiceNow CSDM 4.0. The successful candidate will work closely with our ITOM team to identify and model Configuration Items (CIs) found via discovery and other means, and create relationships between CSDM objects, CI, technical offerings, business offerings, business applications, and business capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ITOM team to identify and model Configuration Items (CIs) found via discovery and other means.
  • Create relationships between CSDM objects, CI, technical offerings, business offerings, business applications, and business capabilities.
  • Design and implement a new CMDB and service portfolio based on ServiceNow CSDM 4.0.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow CSDM 4.0 and service modelling.
  • Ensure that the new CMDB and service portfolio meet our business requirements and adhere to best practices.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM 4.0.
  • Proven experience in service modelling and creating CSDM 4.0 objects.
  • Strong understanding of creating relationships between CSDM objects, CI, technical offerings, business offerings, business applications, and business capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
