Talented UX Designer (up to 70k)

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our client's design team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user-centered designs that solve complex problems and add value to our client's mission-critical content management product.

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product owners and software developers to create elegant, modern web experiences that meet user needs. You will be responsible for defining design problems, creating design concepts, building prototypes, and iteratively testing and refining designs with users and internal stakeholders.

You will also work with the development team to ensure compliance with UX specifications, maintain and grow our client's "Graphene" design style guide and design pattern library, and collaborate with fellow UX designers across the organization to develop organization-wide design guidelines that enable seamless user experiences between multiple systems, platforms, and devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills and approach to solving design problems, as well as 4+ years of experience in designing user experiences with successful market launches of products and services (preferably web-based business applications).
