Teamlead electronics HW/FW

About the position:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead in the area of electronics HW/FW to join our R&D department. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading the hardware/firmware team and be an integral part of the management team. You will shape and maintain interfaces between departments, support and develop your team members, and drive the development of structures and processes to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D department for hardware/firmware as a team leader and part of the management team
• Shape and maintain interfaces between departments at Sensirion with your network
• Support and develop your employees in their daily work and professional careers
• Drive the development of structures and processes to support further company growth

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering science
• Several years of industrial experience, ideally in the field of HW/FW
• Interest and experience in leadership topics and enjoyment in dealing and working with people
• High degree of independence, initiative, ownership, and solution- and customer-oriented mindset
