IT Application Analyst SAP HCM (Time Management & Payroll)

Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional with expertise in time management and payroll? Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a skilled IT Application Analyst SAP HCM (a) to join their dynamic HR IT team. Your Responsibilities

Provide support for HR departments in Switzerland and internationally, focusing on existing HCM systems.

Participate in the internal SAP HCM team on group-wide HR IT projects, especially in time management and payroll.

Contribute to the ongoing development of the hybrid SAP HCM environment (on-premise SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors).

Lead and support SAP HCM projects, including the migration of time tracking and payroll (ECP) to SAP SuccessFactors.

Actively drive the digital transformation of HR processes across the organization.
Your Profile

Degree in (business) informatics, IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.

Several years of professional and project experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on time management and/or payroll.

Ideally, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (customizing, integrations with on-premise).

Solid understanding of HR processes and a passion for collaborating with HR teams.

Strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.

Fluency in German (C2) and good command of English (B2) are a must.
