Your Role
Are you passionate about hydropower and structural hydraulic engineering? As part of a collaborative and skilled team, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of projects in the design and construction of hydropower plants and related infrastructure.
You will manage and guide projects from conception through completion, serving as the main point of contact for clients and project partners. You’ll collaborate closely with authorities and specialist teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions while overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, and contracts.
As a project manager, you will also support the development of your team, contribute to client relationship management, and play a key role in business development activities. A supportive team of experienced specialists will assist you in your daily responsibilities.
Your Profile

Degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH or equivalent), with a focus on construction, hydraulic engineering, or geotechnics

Proven experience in project management within hydropower and hydraulic infrastructure

Strong interest in structural and/or geotechnical engineering challenges

Independent, structured, and dependable working style

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
