Interim IT Project Manager – Infrastructure, Azure M365 (Zurich)

Location: Zurich (hybrid) 2days on site

Duration: 9-12 months

Language: German required

We are looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure, cloud, and workplace migration projects for our Zurich-based organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale workplace migration (800 devices, re-imaging & rollout)
• Drive migration to Microsoft 365 modern workplace
• Manage onboarding of cloud environment to Azure (IaaS/PaaS, ~30 VMs + apps)
• Replace win 10 SCCM-managed devices with Windows 11 intune managed devices
• Coordinate connectivity transformation with vendors
• Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality
• Provide clear, concise stakeholder reporting

Your profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure / cloud migrations Projects
• Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365
• Windows 11 intune managed devices
• Experience with enterprise workplace rollouts
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Delivery-focused, hands-on, and pragmatic
