Account Manager

A fast-growing industrial laser marking technology company is scaling up, and we need an Account Manager who can turn technical value into long-term customer success, and new revenue. You'll own customer relationships end to end, with a strong focus on winning new business and expanding key accounts.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive worldwide sales and profitability in your territory
  • Sell a genuinely unique, patented laser marking solution, and the services around it
  • Build durable customer relationships, with a clear focus on new business
  • Understand customer needs (including top-tier accounts), run negotiations, and close contracts
  • Feed real customer insights and market trends back into the business, so strategy matches reality
  • Use strong inside-sales habits to keep momentum between visits
  • Travel globally to customers and trade shows

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree, technical or business preferred
  • B2B sales experience: around 5+ years (Medior) or 10+ years (Senior)
  • Track record selling capital equipment into FMCG and packaging, or technical account management in this space
  • At least 8 years selling industrial automation machines, including direct selling to OEM key accounts
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with travel, and with technical conversations (you don't need to be an engineer, but you can't fear specs)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in coding and marking, or closely related marking/identification tech
  • Dutch language skills
