Enterprise Architect (AI & API Integration) - Telco (Netherlands) - Office Based
A Telco in the Netherlands is accelerating its AI transformation and launching a chatbot to deliver high level customer service and satisfaction . New AI-enabled application as part of a strategic programme backed by senior leadership.
We're looking for an Enterprise Architect who blends enterprise architecture with hands-on solution design, to define the end-to-end architecture across data, AI/LLMs, integration, APIs and app/web to drive the production of the Chatbot and various agents.
What you'll do
- Own the overall E2E architecture for a new AI product/platform
- Turn requirements into technical blueprints + KPIs
- Define scalable patterns for data pipelines, LLM/RAG, and AI agents
- Lead architecture decisions across security, governance and compliance
- Act as the bridge between engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Communicate and present to CxO
Tech environment
- AWS (S3, Glue, Iceberg/S3 Tables, Redshift)
- AWS Bedrock
- Azure OpenAI / ChatGPT
- API Gateway: Tyk
What we're looking for
- Strong background as a AI Architect / Enterprise Architect
- Experience designing data platforms + AI solutions
- Experience in building Chatbots and AI agents
- Deep understanding of API integration and scalable architecture
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders (incl. legal/compliance)
Duration: 9 to 12 months
Start is Asap and the job is in Office in The Netherlands. Please only reply if you are able to work 3 to max 4 days in office in The Netherlands.
