Service Technician - Compressed Air Systems
Role Overview:
As a Service Technician, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. This role involves hands-on technical work, diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to urgent service calls. You'll also build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair compressed air and rotating equipment.

Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability.

Identify and sell necessary repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate service records and compliance.

Keep service vehicle stocked and respond to urgent calls.

Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

Be flexible with responsibilities and handle emergency service needs.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience with rotary screw, oil-free, or oil-flooded air compressors.

Strong communication skills and organized work habits.

Self-starter, positive attitude, and coachable mindset.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug/background checks.

Physical ability to perform hands-on work.
